This agency made our 3-day tour a disaster!
Louis, the owner, convinced us after a while that he can offer us the same tour as other (good rated) tour operators for the same price, which turned out to be a lie! (So please look on the internet for agencies with good ratings!)
We started very late. He gave some excuses, but the real reason was that the Jeep had tecnical problems and was actually not fit for the tour (it was compleatly mad that he let us go with this Jeep!) so we had lots of breakdowns on the tour and at the farest point from Uyuni we were stuck completely on the track in the freezy early morning. Luckily some passing Jeeps took us and brang us back to Uyuni.
Furthermore Louis lied about the tour route and we had to argue later very hard with the driver to do the promised route and visit the sights (that Louis had agreed upon in writing!) as they wanted to shorten the route althought we had even paid more to see some additional sights! Moreover the food was not only not satisfying, but also to less for the group compared to all the other tour operators. It would take too long to list all the small troubles we had. At least we cannot complain about the driver who really did his best these days (e.g. to repair the Jeep at night, because the company didn't sent us another one after the first days with engine troubles).
When we claimed about 20% discount after the journey, because of all the deficiencies and the missed sights, we could not come to terms with the greedy owner (he offered 10%), so we decided to give a fuck about it and share our bad experience instead.
Please tell your friends not to go with this company! And don't belive what they promise you!
