MAYA TOURS - La Paz

The agency sold us a package to go from La Paz to Uyuni. For the transport we had no problem and I recommend to use Todo Tursimo as a bus company.
Once we arrived there, no one was waiting for us and everything was very disorganized (not as they promise that someone from the agency Camel would be there waiting for us and brining us to their office and afterwards to the right Jeep for the tour).
Someone else picked us up so we followed the person who brought us to the agency Camel where we registered with a person. Then the person closed the office and we came back there 15min before the start of the tour. The office reminded closed until another lady came to tell us which tour we had. Then another woman came and told us to go to her Jeep, once in we asked if the tour was for 6 people as sold, but they said was for 7. Then the lady of the agency came and told us this was not the right Jeep so we left the car and waited for instructions. Then the lady of the Jeep told us to go back again to the car and then we decided to call Maya (the agency we bought the tour in La Paz. The person on the phone was super rude and told us we were wrong on everything even if we had the voucher with everything written. Then she excused herself saying that this was the problem of the seller and not hers (she did not care as the tour was already paid). Then because of the Camel agency in Uyuni, they managed to put us in another Jeep with just 6 people. The driver (which again Maya promised it would be a guide) just drove us from place to place with no explanation which is quite usually there but not what they sold.
The driver told us that he was notified very last minute, reason why the lunch offered was not on the standards they usually provide.
We came back the day after to the office of the agency and the person was on defense mode when we wanted to give constructive feedback on our experience. She responded that they provided everything they sold (which is not true) and just try to justify everything without listenting to the feedback provided and in a very rude way.
Please do not choose this agency by any means and I recommend to book the bus by your own online in advance and travel one day before to book the tour directly in Uyuni which you will manage to get for half the price.
