UYUNI-SUMAJ JALLPHA, DO NOT TAKE THIS TOURIST AGENCY IN UYUNI !!!!

I had a very bad experience few days ago when on feb 4th, 2004 I was in Uyuni to get a tour around the Salar, so they charge me 150 bolivianos myself x 1 day only, im from Peru, and I have no discussion about it, but then the service was bad, it wasn´t what they offer me. we should depart at 10:30am and we start 11:30am till before 4pm so we been back to the office before 5pm, I ask for to stay till sunset, at least 6pm coz it was my only day available but JANET NINA LOPEZ, told me is not possible coz all people in my car wanna get back earlier, so I accept, but then the girls on my team told me is not true, they was from argentina and also they dont wanna complain coz they been charged 95 bolvianos each, the 2 girls. What is this?? Also this woman, JANET told me that me and my other 2 friends from Australia (which she charge 750bs x 3 days each) to be on top of the 4x4 but the driver didn't let us go up together, he got very upset even when all cars getting ahead from us was with at least 5 people on top crossing the salar, he said stupid excuses, anyway, then when we was waiting for the bus, some other friends from Argentina recommend me QUECHUA and also ANDREA tours, coz they let them stay til 8PM!!!! to see the sunset when just a couple of them pay for one day only the tour, so then they even went way farther where the salar is deeper and you can see the double reflexion as a mirror, anyway , so disappointed!! coz the driver just keep us to the beginning of the salar only. Also the food was bad, and JANET told us in going to be like buffet with many choices in a hotel, and where it was??? in the back of the car, out side of a ruins of a hotel, and the food was just chicken and rice. They was rushing us, and everything looks very discoordinated. My friends from australia took the 3 days 2 nights and they said it was traumatic, they felt like animals.
I DEFINITELY DON´T RECOMMEND THIS PEOPLE , PLEASE WATCH OUT IF U SEEN THEM AT THE BUS STATION IN UYUNI!!!!

La pase muy mal, se acercaron en la estacion del bus en UYUNI, me cobraron 150bs por un dia de 10:30-5pm y fue pesimo, empezamos a las 11:30, todo se veia muy desordenado, el personal paraba discutiendo. y duro hasta las 4pm y regresamos a la oficina antes de las 5 pm, dijeron q las otras personas de mi tour querian descanzar y llegar temprano pero mi grupo dijo q no era cierto. El conductor, nos trato mal, parecia amargado y aburrido, no nos dejo subirnos a la 4x4 para cruzar el salar cuando eso justo me prometieron la gente de la agencia, fue JANET NINA LOPEZ la q trato conmigo, y eso q varias camionetas tenian a gente arriba pasandola bien.
luego me dijeron q la comida seria buffet en un hotel y al final fue en la parte trasera del auto, parados y solo una opcion de comida afuera de las ruinas de un hotel, q broma es esa?? podrian decir la verdad o ser mas claros no???. EL CHOFER estaba apurandonos y de regreso con otros amigos argentinos nos recomendaron QUECHUA TORUS Y ANDREA TOURS x q ellos q tambien tomaron el mismo tour q yo por solo un dia la pasaron mejor porq se quedaron a ver el sunset hasta las 8PM!!! y les cobraron mas barato y hasta los llevaron hasta mas adentro del salar donde el suelo es mas grueso y se pueden ver los reflejos tan famosos, nosotros no vimos NADA de eso, y hasta los de mi tour q tambien eran argentinos me dijeron q a ellos les habian cobrado 95bs cada uno, eran 2 en total, q tanta diferencia??? CUIDADO CON LA AGENCIA SUMAJ JALLPHA DE UYUNI, SOLO QUIEREN TU DINERO SIN DARTE UN BUEN SERVICIO, NADA Q VER!!!! ALERTEN A LOS DEMAS!!!
